Aussies Nick Carle and Richard Garcia are going to Wembley.
The pair will do battle for a place in the Premier League next season after Hull City booked their play-off final spot with a 4-1 win over Watford at the KC Stadium.
Garcia grabbed a goal late on as Hull romped to victory and reached Wembley for the first time in the club's 104-year history.
Nick Barmby, Caleb Folan and Nathan Doyle were also on target before the final whistle sparked a pitch invasion by Tigers supporters.
Hull now face Carle's Bristol City in the Coca-Cola Championship play-off final on May 24.
Tigers boss Phil Brown will take the majority of the plaudits after guiding a club in freefall when he took charge in December 2006 to safety last season and now to within a game of promotion to the Barclays Premier League.
As for Watford and boss Boothroyd, they are left to reflect on a run of one win from 16 games which scuttled any hopes of an immediate top-flight return.
