An Earlwood man who went missing for three days was found safe on Thursday April 24.
Peter Papadopoulos, 68, disappeared from his Wellington Street home on Monday about 11.30am.
His family alerted authorities when Mr Papadopoulos, who suffers from dementia and diabetes and requires regular medication, did not return.
A police spokeswoman said Mr Papadopoulos was found in The Rocks about 5am.
He was taken to Sydney Hospital for medical treatment.
