16/05/2008 10:20:00 AM
ST GEORGE Dragons spiritual home of Kogarah was recognised as a site of historical significance when a centenary plaque was unveiled on Saturday.

The plaque coincides with rugby leagues centenary celebrations and bears a prominent centenary logo, the venue name, and a short paragraph on why the venue has been selected.

The plaque forms part of the OKI Jubilee Stadium Legends Walk and was unveiled officially by ARL chief executive Geoff Carr.

Dragons chief executive Peter Doust, club chairman Warren Lockwood and Dragons Immortals Reg Gasnier and Johnny Raper were among the guests.
